With the extradition of Abu Hamza, immediately followed by Talha Ahsan and Barbar Ahmad; then the decision not to extradite Gary McKinnon, and the ongoing debate around Julian Assange, there seems to be discrepancies in the application of the law. The public are confused, and the Government and the Judiciary don’t seem far behind.

Individuals from across society have united on each side of the debate. Both cohorts have demanded a change in the legislation. Moving forward what changes if any should be made in the law or its application?
